We have added the support for Bike/Scooter Sharing Services in the platform. If you are expanding into Micro Mobility Services like (Lime Bike / Uber JUMP) along or without taxi services, our platform will quickly allow you to provide such services.
We have added support to create hourly or daily rental packs and also the ability to create packages for Outstation Rides. As an operator you can create packs of 1 hour or 2 hour rides (as an example) with fixed fare and maximum km/miles defined. Similarly for outstations you can create packages for trips to a specific city with or without return option.
We have added the support of Peach Payment Gateway. Customers can pay for rides and do cashless payments via credit cards.

Added a “Snooze” button while requesting rides.
Drivers will be notified that the rider is requesting “Snooze”. Driver partners will give the customer eye masks, lavender scented pillow and of course a white teddy bear as well.

We have added support for Gender specific ride dispatch. If enabled, drivers and customers have to specify their genders on registration. Depending on the configuration, people of specific gender can chose to send requests to drivers of specific gender only.

We have added support for the Spanish Language in customer, driver and admin panel.
We have added market place functionality (la Uber Eats, Glovo ) in the platform. The customer and driver apps remain same as that in the taxi platform. Merchants get an access to their own panel, to see their orders. Mobile app support is coming shortly. This is an add on functionality as well as can be used independently with respect to the taxi platform.
Merchants like Restaurants, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores, Florists can be onboarded on the platform. They will get their separate panel and apps to receive and manage orders. The order can be passed to delivery/concierge service to deliver it to the customer.
You can specify the commission you are charging from the merchants and also manage the merchant accounting relating things with ease.
We have added capabilities to add corporate users. Corporate users can pay from their company’s accounts. Further, company’s admin can add their employees, book rides for them from their corporate admin panel.
We have done significant changes in the admin panel improving the UX, eliminating unnecessary clicks and page reloads.
We have added concierge services in the platform. The customer and driver apps remain same as that in the taxi platform. This is an add on functionality.
Customers can place a custom order to request anything, anytime from anywhere. The request is inputed in a text box. e.g. (Need medicine A from Shop X in Locality Z)
This request is handled by the operations staff operating the panel, which if perceived to be a deliverable request, broadcasts the requests to the concierges (drivers or delivery boys) who have marked themselves interested for such requests.
Interested concierge picks the requests, goes to the store, buys the item with own buffer cash and delivers the request to the customer and collects the cash from the customer.
We have added the support of Eco Cash. Customers can pay for rides via cashless payments, using Eco Cash Payment Gateway.

We have significantly improved the access control and made it in a much more modular fashion enabling us to make custom managerial controls to cover use cases with overlapping roles.

We have reduced the usage of Geo Coding end points provided by Google Maps by tweaking the user flow push users to save frequently used locations hence reducing the need the need of Geo Coding APIs.
We have added support for Chinese Language in both customer and driver apps.
We have added the ability to add toll fee in the rides based on pick up points and destinations. Operators have to define the toll applicability based on the pickup points and destinations.
Drivers have the option to edit the toll if the need arises, and can add additional toll if necessary before ending the ride.
We have added the ability to do the bookings from the web app apart from the IOS and Android customer apps. Customers can log in the web app, then can initiate the booking as per the standard flow.
We have added Real Time dash board section in the Analytics section, to see daily requests, daily rides, live drivers, active drivers and other important parameters on real time basis.
Also, percent changes with respect to last day same time and changes with respect to the same day on the last week at the same time is also available.
Customers have the option to book the ride in advance. Nearby drivers will get the request upto 30 min. before the pickup time, with special indicator for the scheduled ride. On acceptance the driver will see the pick up time to pick the customer. Customer can cancel the scheduled ride any time before the driver has been allocated for the ride. However, they can also cancel if needed before the start of the ride.
Note: This feature does not guarantee availability of driver at all times, and availability depends on the supply conditions.
We have added the ability for the driver to book the ride from the driver app itself, by entering the details of the customer. The only payment mode available in such rides is “Cash”.
Virtual Wallet is available for drivers to enable collection of collections of service charges from the drivers. When enabled, every transaction leads to a debit in the wallet, whose limit can be defined, till which driver will continue to receive the requests. Once that limit is reached the driver needs to recharge the wallet to receive further requests.
Recharges can be done from admin panel, where driver can pay the operator by the most easier mode locally available in the country without any integration with our system. However operators have an option to integrate with us respective payment gateways available in their country to allow drivers to pay directly to recharge wallets.
We have added various filters on the document fields, to have a smoother enrolment process. At the registration time, drivers can select configured list options in the document fields, can only enter valid dates, can only enter specific data types in field with respect to the data type needed, to avoid document rejections.

There are cases occasionally, when customers are not able to receive the OTP via SMS. Though we use one SMS provider as described by the operator and one SMS provider from platform side as a fail safe, yet there are unfortunate circumstances when the customer is not able to receive the OTP.
Under these conditions we have added the option to receive OTP using phone call via Twilio.
Note: For Twilio, operators often need to do whitelist their country from Twilio dashboard.
We have added automatic dynamic pricing to change pricing to simulate supply under low fulfilment conditions.
We have allowed drivers to configure the requests of different services they wish to receive. Services which a particular vehicle type can receive is decided by the operator.
Optimised the usage of Google Maps Directions API and Geocoding API. Update the Places API for Android and IOS SDK as the previous SDK was causing additional hits.
Directions API is used in fare estimate, to keep the driver on the road while showing its arrival and in fare calculation on the driver side.Geocoding API is used, to determine the address of the pin pointer on the map.
Further, we have enabled logs to accurately monitor the usage of Google APIs. Our aim is to minimise the usage of Google APIs as much as possible, so operators have to spend less on technology and can spend on growth.
We have added the support of Paystack Payment Gateway. Customers can pay for rides and do cashless payments via credit cards, using Paystack Payment Gateway.

We have added new service types like Ambulances, E Rickshaws, Bikes etc.
Customers can now give tips to the drivers. Tip can be given while the ride is going on, or after the ride has been completed.

We have added the option that a driver can add luggage on chargeable basis within a ride. Driver can chose to enter the number of pieces of luggage and accordingly additional fare will be added.
We are supporting Waze Maps apart from Google Maps for directions to the drivers while they are in the ride.
Drivers need to specify if they want to use Google Maps of Waze Maps.
We have added the support of MPESA. Customers can pay for rides via cashless payments using MPESA.
